Our light therapy glasses come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at hello@lumosglasses.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue. We will inspect the product and, if the claim is approved, provide a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
Except as stated above, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lumos Light Therapy, its affiliates, partners, employees, and suppliers from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
