We offer free standard shipping on all Canadian orders. No minimums. No hidden fees. Just light delivered to your doorstep, on us.

🇺🇸 United States – $20 Flat Rate

All U.S. orders ship for a flat rate of $15 CAD, no matter where you live.
We use reliable tracked shipping to get your Lumos glasses to you safely and quickly.

We're taking pre-orders now! All pre-orders will be packed and shipped within one (1) week after we launch.

Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges

For product exchanges within the 1-year limited warranty (e.g., defective unit), Lumos covers all shipping costs. For change-of-mind exchanges, please submit a standard return and place a new order.

Eligibility
  • 30-day satisfaction guarantee, counted from the delivery date.
  • Product must be in “like-new” condition, with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
  • Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, modifications, or unauthorized repairs voids eligibility.
  • Promotional or complimentary items are non-refundable.
  • How to start a return
  • Email support@lumosglasses.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if damage/defect is claimed).
  • Our support team will issue a Return-Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and detailed shipping instructions.
  • Pack the product securely. We strongly recommend a tracked service; risk of loss remains with the sender until we confirm receipt.
  • Refunds & processing
    • Once the return passes inspection, we will refund the original payment method within 7 business days.
    • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or fulfillment error.
    • If the product fails inspection, we will contact you with next-step options (e.g., paid repair, disposal, or return at your cost).
