Every pair of Lumos Glasses is backed by a 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship—repair, replacement, or refund, hassle-free.

What’s covered
  • Defects in materials or workmanship that appear within 12 months of the delivery date.
  • Built-in electronics, light modules, hinges, and the included charging accessories.
  • What’s not covered
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, cracked lenses) from normal wear-and-tear.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, water exposure, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
  • Loss or theft of the product or its accessories.
  • Consumables (e.g., cleaning cloths) and promotional items
  • How to make a claim
    1. Email support@lumosglasses.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or video.
    2. Our team will troubleshoot remotely; if a defect is confirmed, we’ll issue a Return-Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with prepaid shipping instructions (where available).
    3. Send the product to the address provided. After inspection, we’ll repair or replace it at our discretion and cover return shipping.

    Your exclusive remedy

    Lumos may (a) repair the defective unit, (b) replace it with a new or refurbished unit of equal value, or (c) refund the original purchase price if repair or replacement is impractical. This warranty does not extend the original 1-year coverage period.

    Limitation of liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumos Health Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the product. This warranty grants specific legal rights; other rights may vary by province, state, or country.
